I have over 33 years experience in the licensed trade gained whilst working as Head of Licensing for Ansells Brewery, Allied Domecq, Punch Taverns and the Spirit Group. Since establishing my own Company I have worked with many blue chip pub, supermarket and off Licences companies, and many of the leading licensing law firms. I have assisting them by preparing policies and training regimes and also due diligence defences for under age sales,disorderly conduct and anti social behavour. I am also experienced in given evidence before Licensing Committee's and at Appeal Courts.
