Performed a comprehensive audit and analysis of all systems then produced functional specification, user and support documentation for each system.

To design and develop an agricultural produce weight management system. Designed an application to receive serial input from multiple weighing devices, provide feedback for over/under weight status and seek to minimize the amount of produce given away. Developed a series of real-time graphical summaries to monitor system and packer performance. Created a series of management reports and statistical analyses. Designed and developed a web interface to allow the system to be monitored and controlled remotely.

To design and develop a system to allow 1000 field-based consultants to capture content for Yell on-line products including advertising copy and web page designs and to show the customer an exact representation of the product as it would appear on the Yell web site. Developed an XML-based order storage mechanism for transmission as attachments to head office. Produced an order summary document and provided full order spell checking using MS Word automation.

To replace a complex series of independent Lotus 1-2-3 and Excel spreadsheets with a fully integrated resource planning and management information system. To design and develop an employee error management system for analysis, reporting and to manage disciplinary action. Developed an Excel add-in to allow the databases to be queried via user entered function calls.
