Tax Advisors/Accountants: Grew turnover by 30%, strengthening cash flow and billing processes. Introduced a monthly client payment system as part of an overall organisational restructuring to improve workflow, sharpen goal setting and assisted with recruitment to heighten staff accounting skills.
IT Support Company: Raised turnover by over 50%, doubled the engineering staff and overachieved revenue and profit forecasts by formulating and executing a successful marketing plan.

Created a reverse migration route to allow manufacturing sites to operate autonomously as part of a transition away from a shared services centre. This strategy facilitated the potential future sale of the site. Orchestrated project management (including scoping and feasibility), additionally delivering mapping and reporting solutions. Performed data extraction and system training.

Managed a migration from SunSystems to Oracle, part of a pan European shared services centre strategy, within projected time and budgetary objectives. Decommissioned the SunSystems fixed asset and projects modules as part of the migration. Completed initial project scoping and mapping. Extracted data using complex SQL scripts. Completed a data cleansing and enrichment process prior to migration. Executed testing and reconciliation functions. Supported post-project efforts, including further report generation and reconciliations.

Lead consultant to implement a finance system designed to optimise ledger, purchasing, sales, inventory, fixed asset and project management functionality and related administrative functions at 6 manufacturing sites. Formulated and managed a project budget and plan. Advised client senior management team of project progress at each stage. Recruited and directed the project delivery team. Devised and prepared business mapping and system design, specifically in respect of capital spend, project accounting, and fixed assets functionality. Conducted user training, complete with documentation and continuing support. Upgraded and tested systems. Resolved issues through the innovative use of the core system, integrated with third party solutions to create a cohesive ERP solution.
