After 18 years of operational railway & L&D experience with leading organisations I formed Chris Collier Limited; a learning & development consultancy. I am a Member of the Association for Coaching, the Institution of Railway Operators and of the Institute of Assessors and Internal Verifiers.

VariousI provided consultancy services on high profile projects to Tubelines, Metronet & London Underground, including White City Depot, East London Line, Waterloo & City, Jubilee, Northern & Victoria lines upgrades. I led the development & production of task analyses and learning needs analyses and provided reports to the client on the efficiency of their LNA processes. I produced analyses of the impact of new technology and infrastructure on existing operational rules & procedures and researched and developed operational procedures & training programmes. I also facilitated events attended by up to 200 people.
I have recently completed a 4 month project for Rail Training International (Australia) on behalf of Transnet Freight Rail of South Africa. This project involved the development and delivery of Train Driver training programmes and the development and delivery of Train the Coach programmes to multicultural groups of Transnet staff in Johannesburg and Ladysmith.
