I completed my apprenticeship in toolmaking in the aircraft jigs and fixtures industry, moved on to another aircraft jig building company as team leader for a one year contract leading to a further year. Then joined a plastic injection moulding company to carry out milling and surface grinding processes also some polishing. I returned to where I did my apprenticeship for some time and carried out allround machining and fitting tasks. I left to join another company where mostly MOD type work was done as a jig borer and worked there for around eighteen months .I then decided to setup my own business (in 1987) and am currently opperating and looking for further opportunities.Some of the industries I have worked in are Aircraft engine tooling,Engine manufacturing plants,Temperature control products,Scientific equipment, and X-ray equipment.
