I am a senior project manager with wide and successful experience managing enterprise wide IT change Projects. I am result driven, self-starter and highly motivated by assuming a positive ‘get things done attitude. I lead and direct project managers and teams in formulating custom web and intranet applications and information management systems.

I’ve worked on diverse change projects from green fields (15 M Budget, 60 staff) to Integration of existing front-ends and process re-engineering of clients sales process. Solutions delivered include, custom intranet applications and information management systems, Content and Document Management Systems (CMS/DMS), integration of multiple existing back-end and front-end systems and databases. Integration of ERP, EDRMS, and CRM systems, providing new intranet services to employee and customers.

I am solution focused and interact well with all stakeholders to define complex and overlapping requirements through workshops and a strong yet realistic change management approach. Delivery using an iterative or phased approach so that progress is regularly visible to the customer.
Project Team’s managed and resourced include stakeholder and customer teams, Business Analysts, Requirements Management teams, Infrastructure, multiple development teams, architecture, security, customer/stakeholder teams, business analysts, UXP, design, SOA, business intelligence, backend and mainframe.

I am a strategic planner and am able to integrate resources to provide detailed project documentation outlining the programme including Business Case, Return on Investment, Business Requirements, Project Plans, Budgets and Risk Management. With emphasis on coordinating and prioritizing resources across projects, departments, and entities to ensure that resource contention is managed.
I continuously assess performance and develop new capabilities; Ensuring there are regular reviews, there is accountability, and that decision logs and action lists are used to manage projects, stakeholders and partners.

I am experienced in managing sub contractors, joint-ventures and internal staff within a matrix environment. Remote/virtual management of teams based in India, USA, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, South Africa, France, Italy, Luxembourg.

Excellent presentation skills and personal credibility adequate to operate effectively at executive level. I am driven by quality outcomes, relationships and enjoy coaching, training and mentoring of project and team managers.
