on a greenfield site in the West Midlands. The project was completed on time
and under budget.
• Purchased, installed and commissioned ₤5.5 m of new capital equipment, and
within 5 months achieved the productivity targets of the business plan.
• Successfully controlled the transfer of personnel to the new site with the
minimum disruption to the customer base.
• Managed the closure of the old site and successfully negotiated a termination
of the lease at minimum cost to the business.

company presentation to the membership of NSQTT.
• Maintained total reliability from the capital equipment through the practice of
TPM, and a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Programme.
