I am very interested in the vacancy for Web Designer/Developer which is advertised at the internet. I have strong Web Designer skills as I have been doing web designer for about 6 yrs, where I have been working as a freelancer since June 2003. I have worked in various I.T. functions for almost 17 yrs.


I have been doing assorted web design and games online work since November 2000, much of it overseas in UK, USA, France, Spain, Portugal and Brazil. The work mostly involved Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Action Script development, PHP and building large My-SQL databases, with considerable HTML, Java Script, XML, XHTML, DHTML, AJAX, CSS, and design enhancement, and server maintenance as required. I was also responsible for documentation, testing and occasional client support. I am currently performing freelance support work for a number of companies in Brazil and Spain.

The support work is mostly database-related development work, using PHP and My-SQL; much of it has been back-end content management and administration (CMS) Joomla, Drupal, etc… or support work on other projects.

I am a good team worker, working in a team for DM7 between 2002 and 2003 when I participated in meetings, integrating and co-ordinating with other team members, discussing & fulfilling requirements with the web development team as well as working on a one to one basis with the users.
