Duties include creating and modifying electrical, mechanical and plumbing drawings.
These drawings are all layouts of buildings and also layouts of fire exits and exit routes.
F.G Skerritt, are a building services contractor who have projects with primary and secondary schools, health centres, HMP services, apartments and also hotels.

I am working in the evenings at my local Islamic Centre teaching Children from the ages of 5 – 8 the Arabic alphabet. This has built my skills in staying calm under all circumstances and I have also built on my congregational speaking skills as every Friday we have assembly in which the children get prizes and the teacher talks for a while about a certain topic.

DH Fathers is a building services contractor who started providing only electrical services but now also provide mechanical services.
Duties included creating and modifying CAD electrical and mechanical drawings. Additional tasks include creating ductwork layouts for county and Magistrates courts and Care homes.

Duties included creating drawings for major companies like the Arcadia Group which comprises of major High Street retailers such as Burton, Topshop, Dorothy Perkins.
Some work was done for Carphone Warehouse designing and planning layouts for shop fronts and shop layouts. Other duties included altering and amending drawings and also issuing these. Making sure work is effective and efficient and completed within deadlines.
Furthermore tasks included creating, altering and designing shop and building layouts. Software used is AutoCAD 2006.

Duties included tackling customer queries, giving good service at all times, solving customer problems and provide service to the best of my ability. My main job was to be the first point of contact for the customer and dealing with the customer problems as quickly and effectively as possible, making sure full customer satisfaction. I am also required to deal with customer complaints, settling issues as satisfactorily as possible. Whilst I was working at BT I built up my communication skills through providing customers with good service and doing everything possible for the customer. I built up my persuasion skills by offering customers company products by persuading them and giving them products, which they needed or wanted.

My main duty included taking payments and orders from customers, also contacting customers regarding their delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction. The job requires dedication due to long unsociable hours during sale days. It also requires excellent interpersonal skills to ensure customers receive the best service available. I am also required to deal with customer complaints, settling issues as satisfactorily as possible.
