Responsible for Key Account management of global coated cloth sales. Successfully identified and developed bespoke products to customer requirements. Maintained regular contact and visited customers to develop relationships at all levels. Increased one American customer's turnover from £ 40k to £300k.
Requirement existed to develop branded goods range for major account. Negotiated at Board Room level. Designed and developed bespoke packaging and established pricing level. Launched 250 product lines which lead to new business of £300,000 in year 1, £450,000 in year 2.

Shop Floor 'walk about management' employed to capture information about all the processes through out the business. Process and Value stream mapping used to reduce waste and improve product flow. Feedback from shop floor lead to further ongoing improvements. WIP reduced and new procedures introduced lead to savings. Overall stock holding reduced with no reduction in customer service.
