Tasks:
Carried out Training Needs Analysis, delivered seminars in Total Quality Management to Executives within blue chip companies and managed the QIP for major accounts such as Adam Opel AG. This involved the development of a Quality Management Implementation Programme, (a quality strategy to be implemented over a period of time), a Quality Management Training Programme as well as the implementation of a Quality Education System ‘train the trainer’. I also delivered on-going support for the Quality Awareness Education which was delivered by the ‘trained’ personnel.

Bruxelles: Quality Management
Tasks:
On the launch of the Bruxelles office I was temporarily transferred to Bruxelles to manage the presentations to potential clients in Belgium. Responsibilities: New business, potential client presentations, developed Quality Management Implementation Programmes for new clients, delivered Executive Management Colleges (Seminars) to new clients.
