• Project: Data Delivery System (DDS)

DDS provides the capability for UHG to deliver the Alliance Partners, standard daily extracts, control files, layout files, reconciliation files and initial files from the United Platform applications. Project involves receiving Data files from different source teams, Process the Data files (Data Validation, Correction, Extraction, Maintenance) on UNIX platform using Datastage ETL tool and DB2 and finally send the processed data to Alliance Partners.


Area of Responsibility:
• Developed Test Scenarios and Test cases for testing of various applications to ensure proper business compliance.
• Experience in working with IBM Database DB2 along with Datastage ETL tool.
• Querying the database using SQL to check for successful transactions and Data Validation.
• Perform UI, Functional, Integration, System and Regression testing.
• Preparation of test results analysis and defect tracking.
• Reporting and prioritizing software bugs in conjunction with the Development & QA Managers.
• Extensive experience in liaising with senior level Managers, both within my workplace and with onsite Manager and clients.
• Responsible for generating Bug Reports and preparing Bug Analysis using Test management tool Mercury TD 8.0 version.
• Constantly working towards knowledge enhancement within the team by mentoring & sharing concepts & best practices.
• Worked as Internal Quality Auditor to maintain the Quality standards/Principles for different projects within organization.

• Project: Customer management.

Customer management is the application which users for customer support purpose. This application have different area through we can update the customer data base. We have used SQL Server as a back hand and timely we update the data base records through the different tab in the application.

Area of Responsibility:

• Performed the testing of system manually and also using automated tools.
• Writing & Executing test cases to verify the functionality of the application based on requirements.
• Performed System, Regression Testing.
• Reviewed the software test cases against the Requirements
• Regularly updated the Data base according to customer requirement bases.
• Prepared Defect Reports and Test Report summary documents.
• Managed customer management database up-to-date.

• Project: Record Management System.

The projects aim is that the operations of a gas transportation company are to be automated. The operations of the company include provide gas transportation services to various customers, receive jobs from customers, assign jobs to gas engineers, maintaining shippers/suppliers data information, billing records. In this project customer's detail, current job status, transactions and master price list, billing report are maintained.

Areas of Responsibility:
• Analyzed Business Requirements Document and Functional Specification Document to develop and execute detailed test cases using Black Box approach..
• Manually tested the application.
• Performed Functional, Integration, System, UA testing
• Identified and reported the bugs.
• Production and communication of management information for monitoring and measuring operational performance.
• Identified and recommended improvements to the test methodology.
