I have worked in admin and customer services for 12 years and developed excellent skills in complaint handling. I have worked as a supervisor, auditing other colleagues' work on a regular basis (including call monitoring) and provided training to colleagues. I am confident when using MS Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint and a range of email and internet programs including Outlook, Groupwise, Novell, Safari, Internet Explore and Mozilla Firefox.
