Undertaking the role of a Track Inspector on Metronets Ellipse Project.
Inspecting entire track sections, recording and submitting all track asset data with component codes and locations for the Ellipse data entry team.
Position requiring a full knowledge of track components through plain line, points and crossings.

Supervising and inspecting installation of new siding roads at Wembley Park.
Involving an array of plain line, switches and crossing installations.
Co-ordinating multi discipline man power on site, e.g.: agency staff, machine drivers, civils, engineering and construction staff whilst keeping a good relationship between installation, design departments and the client.
Planning and running installations to construction drawings overcoming any challenges that may arise on site and notifying relevant parties of any required changes.
Overseeing and inspecting all installations to ensure specific standards are met, whilst preparing and adjusting method statements when necessary.

 Supervising various re-railing worksites within a Tubelines project.
 Involving the co-ordination of manpower, plant and materials.
 Planning and running of sites to designed and specified drawings.
 Overseeing all installations to ensure required standard of work.
 Inspecting all work carried out prior to declaring the track fit and safe for traffic at the end of each shift.

 Undertaking the role of site supervisor on various full reconditioning sites within the Joint Venture Project.
 Co-ordinating manpower, plant, materials and general planning and running of sites.
 Calculating lifts, lowers and slews to achieve a new running design as required through the sites. Overcoming any necessary changes to design with design team and engineers.
 Re-railing and installation if new pit blocks and sleepers.
 Submitting daily site diary sheets and inspecting site before declaring the track fit for traffic at the end of each shift.

 Liaising on site with workforce, cable linesman, signals and depot staff.
 Inspecting work carried out to ensure quality and that the relevant standards were achieved. Also ensuring that the full scope of works is covered and work is running to program as well as answering any questions and solving any challenges arising on site.
 Applying for limited clearance approvals and filling out and submitting concession requests forms where required, such as side entry ramps installed at Ealing Common Depot to overcome traction current gapping problems.
 Keeping a good communication of work progress between site and project engineers and managers.

 Undertaking the role of site supervisor and then declaring track fit for traffic at the end of each shift.
 Undertaking role at various sites including London Bridge reconditioning site which was successfully passed back to the Northern Line as well as many of the Northern Line Floating shoe sites.
 The roles of Protection Master and Site Person in Charge were also kept up throughout this period.

 Working ion conjunction with Grantrail and assisting with protection requirements on Enhanced Track Repair’s (ETR) and prep fork for future ETR’s.
 Supervising various full reconditioning sites.

 Undertaking Protection Master duties and supervising workforce on a variety of reconditioning sites and a depot works project at Neasden Depot.
