· The work includes (HVAC, refurbishment of electrical distribution and nitrogen systems for DFR the value of these projects is £5M+). Various decommissioning projects removing redundant equipment both clean and contaminated approx value £1M+

· Dounreay general site and Project Manager for DFR Maintenance (mechanical / electrical). Johnson Controls.

· Management of all engineering services for 7 months until a local site engineer was recruited.

· Management of all engineering services for 3 months until a local site engineer was recruited.

· Dounreay Facilities Services Management of industrial and non-industrial workforce. Work covered all building maintenance (civil and electrical).

Appointed Assistant Resident Engineer for major civil project (£10M) on new sea discharge pipeline from Dounreay (1992).

· Installation of ISDX telephone exchange and associated cabling to replace old electro-mechanical system at Dounreay (1991).

· Conversion of redundant hostel accommodation into Emergency Control Centre (£400k) (1990).

· Complete refurbishment of office accommodation £200k,

· Conversion of old Library into new office suite £400k.

· Minor project work, roof replacement, over cladding of buildings.

Responsible for electrical design drawing offices and the management of the main site drawing registry and print room.

Responsible for getting the customers ideas into working drawings for subsequent installation. The work included creating scheme drawings right through to detail design.
