TRAINING

Full Sanyo Gallenkamp training on all laboratory products. Manufacturers training on Toshiba, Canon, Selex, Utax & Harris 3m(Lanier) photocopiers, faxes & printers. In house training on other models of Minolta, Canon, Toshiba, Ricoh, Xerox & Lanier.

Responsible for the service, repair, maintenance, calibration and validation to pharmaceutical equipment sold by the company primarily incubators, orbitals, ovens, centrifuge machines, water stills, shakers, freezers, environmental chambers etc.

1995-2001 Director of office equipment company- Bournemouth Office Systems Ltd.

Running a company of 5 staff in the sales service and repair of photocopiers Faxes & printers primarily on, Toshiba, Canon, Lanier, Selex, Minolta & Ricoh.

1992-1995 Service Manager- Cramlock Photocopiers Ltd, Christchurch, Dorset.

Service manager position organising 4 field service engineers, ordering parts, contacting customers and generally managing the service side to the business. Accompanying Field Service engineers to difficult service and repair calls.

1989-1992 Service Engineer- Advance Group Plc Ockley Road, Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Full Toshiba training given. Field servicing of Toshiba, Canon & Minolta copiers & faxes.

1987-1989 Trainee Service Engineer-Cassio Copiers Ltd 84 High Street Watford.

Service and repair of photocopiers Faxes & printers primarily on Harris/3M, Canon, Toshiba, Xerox, Minolta & Ricoh.
