Business champion for the re-qualification program to verify product capability and close out on the current supply contract. Yielding a £200K program cost saving.
Managed multi-disciplined cross site team resulting in the reduction of a 12 month program by 3 months.
Customer interface dealing with the day to day supply as well as developing new products opportunities. Design improvement identified providing a 50% increase in battery capacity.
