Project Management:
• Undertaking ITT compilation, bid and contract evaluation, contract administration, QA-QC, regulatory requirements, H&S matters and negotiating the best all round contract for the company
• Designing the faults out of a project before the project begins, effectively risk assessing
• Coordinating all parties in the design team, keeping all parties fully informed
• Over-viewing the design, specification (to ensure use of correct materials) and overall likely cost and advising the end users accordingly on any issues
• Liaising, acting as site representative, to ensure interests and objectives of the client are fulfilled

Trouble Shooting:
• Analysing what is the cause of an issue on a particular project and working to rectify this to turn the job around, either in respect of time taken, finance or quality of the works
• Establishing set procedures to be adhered to, ensuring clear boundaries and goals
• Communicating & close liaising at all levels, often where language and cultural barriers pose problems
• Ensuring maintenance of a strong network of contacts to enable specialists and teams to be called upon in order to turn works around, where personnel are an issue
