SELECTION OF ACHIEVEMENTS FROM THROUGHOUT MY CAREER

Created and developed a very effective sales force through Field training and Motivational enterprise, which consistently broke targets and surpassed customer satisfaction standards. All without offering a basic wage.

Brought stability and production quotas to above the required level on a new build petrochemical plant, using an approachable and understanding technique. The use of common sense prevailed together with people management skills.

From total re-design and marketing strategy, with a professional concept towards international contract negotiations, which in turn brought word of mouth referrals, attained exceptional profits and growth in a relative short space of time.

Created and developed an Industrial electronic repair service from scratch and with both personal and team enterprise in obtaining a significant amount of service / repair / calibration contracts to become prime profit / turnover for the company.

Through self initiative resolved a major breakdown with huge production loss by sourcing a replacement item abroad and installation within 12 hours even though this was not a current client. Was rewarded by a -80.000 annual contract for provision of services.

From inheriting an underperforming sales force to developing a very productive cash rich operation by analysing a product to define how it would generate income to its potential in a “New” sector with Field training and motivational enterprise at the forefront.

From an introduction into what seemed to be an impenetrable organisation I personally developed a need for a communication device which was eventually adopted. Sold item to over 95% of British Coal pit heads with service contracts.(When there was a British Coal)

At a time when Energy power blackouts were a normal part of events, I designed and built an addition to production furnaces which brought huge savings to companies which participated and responded to my sales presentation.--
