Duties: Responsible for the daily production targets/yields in the wet fish filleting area to comply with supermarket specifications. I was initially employed as a labourer and moved my way up to quality assurance assistant, fish buyer and then Primary Production Manager. Fish Buyer - I was responsible for buying raw material at the markets Peterhead / Fraserburgh .Quality Assurance Assistant - I assisted the QA Manager in Quality Assurance Control over factory hygiene and audits.
