I am based in the midlands and come from a Local Government background. My career has been in the benefits discipline and I have experience of all levels of work within this this sector. I left to become self employed due to the demand for Systems Support and Software implementation consultants and project work grew and so far have managed to secure contracts for both systems support, benefits team leadership and also project managment.

Based in the benefits section at NWBC, my role was to fill a temporary vacancy in the team. I ran the end of year benefits programmes, all the weekly and day to day programmes, reporting and dealing with user faults. Overseeing new software releases and carrying out testing and training, implementing small projects. Quality checking performance statistics and assisting with the 07/08 subsidy claim.
