I joined GMAC RFC, an award winning top ten UK lender, as an Investigation & Audit Officer in Operational Risk in 2002. During my time at GMAC RFC, I was the recipient of several “Smart” Awards for outstanding work as voted by peers. I have excellent working knowledge of CIFAS, Hunter & SIRA and good working knowledge of FSA Compliance.
During this time, I played a significant role in saving £182.2 million in application and identity fraud in 2007.
Additional achievements;
•Acquiring a very high level of Money Laundering awareness and procedures including production orders, witness statements and internal and external referrals.
•Co-leading a fraud awareness week project.
•Heavy involvement in building, designing and providing significant content for the Investigation & Audit department’s intranet website.

• Had lead role in the testing and implementation of a Fraud Alert System
