4 Years managing and administrating VMware installations as a VCP (both VI3 and 2.5). This has included configuring clusters for HA and DRS, installing and configuring VCB for proxied backups, configuring Storage VMotion (SVMotion), virtualising physical machines (P2V) to ESX 3, ESX 2.5 and VMware Server, building new servers from templates and source disks. Migrating servers from various versions of VMware for upgrades purposes or failures (VMotion / Cold Migration).

This gave me experience in personnel management. At the end of the project I had to decommission the systems and move the data into other newly created systems. This also meant I had to audit the work and account for the in the systems.
