Responsible for all aspects of the business systems and infrastructure at the head office of NAP Partnership including the introduction and implementation of a web enabled information management system “Workspace” by Union Square and a cost time management/invoicing system “Coretime” both in 2006.
Migrated the NAP domain over to the BBML domain following the takeover of NAP Partnership by Balfour Beatty Management Ltd. in August 2007.

• Commenced as Cost Engineer/Quantity Surveyor representing Trafalgar House Offshore across various major projects for BP, British Gas, Occidental, Shell Expro and others.
• Seconded to Kvaerner Redpath Engineering at ICI Wilton in 1994 ensuring the effective transition of ICI’s maintenance and workshops.
• Acted as liaison with client’s IT departments to ensure best use of computer software to improve the commercial management team’s performance.
• Interrogation of client’s accounts data to ensure accuracy of project reporting.
• Establishing bespoke systems in Microsoft Access/Excel for the commercial management of projects. Clients included Aker Kvaener, BP Chemicals, Dupont and Huntsman.

• Seconded to Sarawak Shell Berhad, Malaysia.
• Responsible for the preparation of contract documents and tender reviews on a variety of projects ranging from subsea pipe laying to onsite civils maintenance contracts.

• Worked on all aspects of Quantity Surveying services both pre and post contract for a variety of clients and in a variety of disciplines.
