• Knowledge Transfer Project Leader for transforming the Business Unit (Dealing with FORTUNE 100 Insurance Major), from the current Resource Pool Organization with remote leadership into a Delivery Centre Organization with Indian leadership co-located with delivery teams. Responsibilities included Handling work migration of management team, Tracking recruitment status, Planning of Knowledge Transfer and Skill-Gap training, Tracking progress and reporting to client management. The role was then extended to Work Migration and Staffing responsibilities of Non-Managerial Positions relating to the project expansion.
• Dispatcher (Project manager equivalent for small projects) for small development/ maintenance tasks, responsible for project estimation, tracking, reporting to client management and delivery assurance process compliance.
• In-House consulting for development of Implementation Strategy of Follow the Sun Model for Support Projects.
• Involved in co-coordinating and tracking the CMMi Level 3 auditing and ensuring the timelines.
• Involved in handling key Client visits pertaining to the account.
• Involved in Billing analysis and Development of Forecast for FY’07-08 Budget Estimation for the Business unit.
