  Excellent
29 April 2010: Richard was an invaluable resource to have on site to assist our internal IT support team whilst setting up a new remote office for approximately 40 users. Richard delivered highly professional guidance on many aspects of the project and integrated perfectly with our IT team to resolve some unexpected technical issues that developed. Overall, the project completed successfully with Richard onboard and certainly wouldn't have run as smoothly without him. Richard is highly competent and I would highly recommend him to others.

  Excellent
13 May 2009: Richard has been a star. He joined us when our website launch project had pretty much come to a halt. He quickly identified where the supplier had undelivered on our contract and managed to obtain further support from them. The supplier has been particularly difficult to deal (throughout the project) but Richard took that in his stride. Whilst issues with the supplier were being sorted Richard worked hard on the website. His approach to work has been very flexible. He quickly picked up the software and was able to show us functionality that I doubt we would have found ourselves. In addition to his obvious technical skills, Richard is also a good people person and staff have enjoyed working with him. His ability to translate technical info into lay staff’s language has been a key to the success of this project. I hope to continue using Richard on an ad hoc basis.
