Responsible for all Project/Engineering/Design activities including specifications, calculations, procurement, vendor documentation checking and approval, raising/reviewing/control of all installation sub-contracts, project planning, forecasting, programme and capital budget.

ENSUS BIO-ETHANOL FACILITY. Principle Project Engineer responsible directly to Project Director/Manager & Client for completion of Client’s Project design phase inline with Safety, Time, Quality & Capital Cost requirements.
Duties included the development of project programme, work breakdown structures, manhours estimates execution of Client’s agreed scope of supply & reporting progress utilising earned value methods. Also management & co-ordination of a team of multiple discipline engineers & designers, resolution of key project issues inline with agreed scope of work, management of associated change control system and management and recording of Key Design Stage Reviews held with Client attendance.

AIR BP - Project Manager responsible for completion of a portfolio of projects including, Generic HAZOP Assessments, Generic LOPA Assessments, Aviation Engineering Guidelines, Aviation Engineering Technical Practices, Site Inspection visits and Ad-hoc Engineering Services.

VENTRON - LG CHEMICALS, KOREA, LG BPC PLANT PROJECT. Engineering and leading the IQ Team to design, engineer and validate the first Asian bulk pharmaceutical plant to comply with FDA/MCA requirements

Responsible directly to Client on the development of a new validation system whilst integrating clients existing systems requirements, ensuring that validation could be built into fast track project execution. Training presentations to Client’s staff, analysis of Client’s existing engineering systems and presenting recommendations on how these could be improved further to integrate validation into the engineering process. Production of new engineering and validation documentation for use directly by the Client.
