If I cannot help you I will tell you and point you towards someone that can. Getting it right first time and delivering a superior solution is important to me. I’d rather say I can’t help than accept a client instruction that requires me to accept a client completion date that’s likely to comprise on quality or prevent the acquisition of additional knowledge required to deliver the desired client outcome. Having stated this I do understand deadlines. When I ran events I couldn’t say your meal will be served two hours later than specified. In hospitality you met deadlines.
