You’ve purchased Office 365 and you want to use your own domain name. Perhaps your business until now has used pop 3 or IMAP email services and you now wish to incorporate these into O365. Possibly you also have email addresses such as info, enquires, sales and you wish to share these email addresses with specified users. May be you want disclaimer notice attached to emails or for regulatory reasons you need emails to be protected from accidental deletion and to be safely archived. Possibly a generic info email has been sent to a client and you want to know which member of staff sent it. Feasibly you wish to share your email and calendar with your personal assistant (PA).

More than likely you’ve on-premise servers and you want to migrate to the cloud but retain some on-premise infrastructure.

You may just want someone to check your Office 365 configuration and provide some pointers on how to use the software. I can deliver this and more.

I’m a Microsoft small business specialist, focusing on SME Office 365 Administration. Being a small business owner myself I realise budget and getting it right first time are important to you.

Qualifications are great but real world experiences does tend to minimise mistakes. I can offer you both qualifications and experience. My IT experience begun while working in hospitality industry in late 1980’s. I began with MSDOS, then Windows 3.1. My server experience started with server 2000 then MS small business server (SBS) up to 2011. Today Windows 8 and Office 365 Administration.

If you were to ask people that know me to describe me they probably say I’m a pragmatist, I’m objective orientated thinker. They say he gathers facts and reflects upon the facts before prescribing a solution. I think they would add I’m diplomatic.

If I cannot help you I will tell you and point you towards someone that can. Getting it right first time and delivering a superior solution is important to me. I’d rather say I can’t help than accept a client instruction that requires me to accept a client completion date that’s likely to comprise on quality or prevent the acquisition of additional knowledge required to deliver the desired client outcome. Having stated this I do understand deadlines. When I ran events I couldn’t say your meal will be served two hours later than specified. In hospitality you met deadlines.
