CV (Curriculum Vitae) / Résumé

I am the founder of the North Wales Women's Network and have been Managing Director and lead trainer / consultant of one of North Wales’s most successful management and personal development training companies for the last 13 years. I am a qualified and experienced teacher, trainer and coach who combine my experiences as a personal development and business trainer, coach and consultant along with a successful career as an entrepreneur and have become involved with several successful business start ups.

I have recently completed my first book for business start ups which is due to be published in May 2009. Focusing on developing ethical business for women which consider their values and desires for themselves their business and their personal lives.

I have worked with staff in public, voluntary and private organisations at all levels and now regularly works as a supportive level with boards to develop their skills and visions in line with the organisations strategies. I am an empowering force, supporting the growth of enterprises and organisations, and particularly the staff within them. Using my experience as a trainer and coach I am able to assist entrepreneurs, executives and employees alike to obtain the most from themselves, their staff and clients whilst looking at general business growth and optimisation.

Drawing on my personal and professional experiences, along with my formal education skill set and experiences as a female entrepreneur, I help clients to identify goals for future development, assisting them in finding the best path to resolving the challenges that face them.

The most important things to me are assisting my clients to improve communication and business effectiveness, working at different levels within an organisation to obtain the best from people and the business, for their benefit as well as their clients. For me, supporting staff and ensuring clients get value for money and the customer care they deserve are essential to maintaining a good working environment and a healthy business.

I offer a genuine, caring and supportive attitude along with an uncompromising integrity and honesty in my desire to assist others to grow and prosper for longer term stability. Working mainly in Wales I regularly work through the medium of Welsh and values the importance of the language for her clients. Iregularly work with community groups, community enterprise, charities, housing associations, SME’s, local government and local health boards

Provide training opportunities to staff within projects and carry out consultative role in the development of new projects and small enterprises within larger companies, considering ways in which a small business can be set up and access funding to provide learning. The information was collated and analysed, prior to a full department by department report being written for the client.
