I have been contracting for the last 5 years for a number of well known financial service companies, including Barclays Bank, Barclaycard, Prudential, Norwich Union and Standard Life as well as the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). Also, I have done some work in other sectors for a range of companies including Topps Tiles, DVLA, Skillsoft and the British Council. I have successfully designed and delivered a wide range of types of training, including e-learning, workbooks, workshops and assessments.

Prior to this, I spent 15 years at Pearl Assurance working in the Learning and Development department, delivering all types of learning and assessment solutions. I also project managed a number of projects.
