For the last 8 years I have been working on Change projects and programmes with IT as an enabler of change (with the IT solution provided by 3rd Party vendors) or delivering strategic and tactical business projects, including Organisational Change, Business Process Re-Design, Business Unit Integration and Cultural Change within financial services, predominantly in collections and unsecured lending.

I have experience of full system replacement programmes managing both technical and operational staff, and the design and implementation of underwriting and collections strategies. Moreover I have extensive experience in the redesign of organisational structures, and the implementation and ongoing management of these structures. I have gained operational experience in line management roles, and have managed staff across multiple sites.
