Responsible for the management of multiple business workstreams on the Lloyds/HBOS integration programme, managing commercially sensitive issues affecting people, processes, property and culture

Responsible for a programme of work which replaced the core operating system within The Lewis Group a wholly owned subsidiary of Cattles PLC with Tieto’s ICS product.

• Management of multiple streams of work including BPR, MI selection, system configuration, training, UAT, communication and business change & readiness.
• Defined the governance structure to manage the programme of change
• Supplier Management, to include contract signature, pricing and after sales support.
• Organisational Re-Design of the business to ensure that defined benefits are realised.
• Manage the selection, design and implementation of a new MI solution

London Scottish Bank PLC is a specialist finance company providing secured and unsecured loans in the non cornforming market and a leading UK debt collection agency

• Use project management methodologies to ensure both tactical and strategic business change projects are delivered on time, within budget and realise benefits
• Define and drive the work streams required to redefine a business unit, including people, process, stakeholders and systems.
• Manage external relationships with suppliers of products and loan leads, responsible for pricing and processes.
• Implemented, managed and grew a debt recovery business to control delinquent accounts ensuring that all benefits were realised
• Launch and on going management of pre paid store cards across the branch network
• Manage system support, system change and system testing for the unsecured branch network
• Redesigned the branch unsecured collections strategy in line with regulatory and environmental changes
• Managed the business process transformation from manual to automated MI systems
• Manage a team of 50 people with 5 direct reports some in remote locations; assigning them tasks, and motivating them to meet deadlines.
