Peter has 21 years of construction and built environment experience to benefit the projects he is engaged upon. His understanding of people, their management and the fundamentals of operational delivery on each project, at whatever stage enable him to mould teams that are positive, forward thinking and motivated which ultimately thrive on the success created for the Clients.

Alongside this experience of delivery Peter is passionate about engaging with his teams and other stakeholders about sustainable environments, reducing waste and inefficiency, creating positive safety cultures whilst delivering real business improvements and profits. Peter enjoys working with suppliers to realise shared corporate values and identifying real cost and programme savings which was very apparent when Peter co-ordinated the recovery of Meadowhall Retail Park, Sheffield for Bristish Land after severe flooding or when The Department of Works and Pensions recognised his leadership in delivering the regeneration of the JCP offices throughout the South West.

Amongst many other achievements Peter has recently completed a fast track relocation project of a high tech call centre operation for Severn Trent Water form Birmingham to Coventry. This was completed under budget, on time and to a recognised high quality. Members of the his companies team( with whom Peter works) continue to be engaged by Severn Trent heading up a multi-site accommodation programme.

Peter is also a trustee of a successful Bristol based charity, Emmaus Bristol, providing home and business for formerly homeless people
