against fees and expenditure, ensuring all project executions is complied with the Quality Assurance procedures, coordinating with external consultants, communicating with client and contractor, observing construction progress and resolving site queries, liaising with site supervisor and attending site meetings

- A two storey load-bearing masonry building with RC precast floor slabs and a single storey steel-framed building

- Design elements include masonry structures, precast floor planks, RC pile caps and steelwork structures
