I have experience with all Microsoft server platforms, all MS desktop OS support, with extensive TCP/IP LAN & WAN network knowledge. I have worked within network administrators/support team for a number of years at professional accountancy firms and I have very strong team working skills, I have a great customer working attitude and enjoy working with suppliers and 3rd party vendors, I’m also NetApp NCDA qualified. I worked at accountancy firms for many years supporting all forms of Sage Accountancy applications. I’ve been involved in rolling out a document management system throughout the accountancy practice. I ran an internal IT company at an accountancy firm responsible for selling, purchasing and installing server client systems. I’ve installing and setup Blackberry enterprise server and handsets at clients. I have been involved with installing VOIP multi wan telephone systems via three connected sites. I have worked with DSL, SDSL broadband providers and suppliers in a previous role setting up and supporting VPN satellite networks.
