• I liaise with mechanical and electrical consulting engineers and contract specialists to oversee all specialist contracts.
• I liaise with and co-ordinate the activities of the DLO and maintenance administrators with regard to day to day maintenance issues.
• I liaise with and monitor the performance of the appointed contractor for the Out-of Hours Emergency Repairs Service.
