2002 – Jan 2009: Infosys Technologies Ltd (A leading Global IT and Business process outsourcing services provider) contracted for Ameriprise Financial and Royal Bank of Scotland. The various roles that I have played during this time are listed below.

Project Manager (2007-2009) (Royal Bank of Scotland, London)

• Initiated, directed and managed designated projects using PRINCE2 and Agile (RAD/DSDM/Scrum) methodologies.
• Executed projects worth more than £2M with team size of over 20.
• Managed different types of projects like bespoke application development (online interface and back end processing), infrastructure development (ITIL), and application maintenance and product implementation.
• Managed projects (full life cycle) using Java/J2EE, legacy Mainframe (COBOL), UNIX, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) technologies.
• Provided on-site project management and quality control (CMMI) and ensure projects meet the timescales and budget requirements.

 Implemented and executed an innovative testing technique to reduce the testing budget by 40% and reduce the timelines by 4 weeks.
 Successfully delivered the infrastructure and application development for Customer International (Foreign Exchange) Accounts migration during the Ulster bank integration with the RBS Group.
 Received the Infosys Excellence award for “Customer Delight” for my contribution as a Project Manager to the RBS Securitisation Program Management Team.
