• Managing editor of womensaid.org, the UK’s most popular website about domestic violence. Included strategic and operational management of site. Whilst in post website traffic increased by 1000%, from 250,000 hits per month to over 2 million hits per month.
November 05 – Project managed re-launch of site and implementation of a content management system, with the addition of a members area.
April 04 – Development of Kidspeak, a specialist online consultation function for child survivors of domestic violence, in partnership with other national children’s charities.
• Project coordinator and managing editor of www.thehideout.org.uk - the first national website for children experiencing domestic violence within the family home. The site was launched by Will Young at the BT Tower in London during April 2005. The website has received numerous awards including Advice and Guidance Award 2006 (Children and Young People's Services Awards 2006); Best New Media Campaign award (Third Sector Excellence Awards 2005); Best Internet Site (The Lillith Awards 2005); highly commended prize at UK Charity Awards 2005 (Best Use of New Media category).
• Editor of Safe, the UK’s first domestic abuse quarterly. A 28-page publication focusing on new initiatives, policy developments and national and international news.
• November 2005 – Invited to speak on behalf of Women’s Aid at an international conference in Istanbul, Turkey - Say no to domestic violence! Conference was organised by United Nations Population Fund and the Turkish government to explore best practice models of intervention. Also undertook associated national media work with CNN.
• Editor of Network News, a national newsletter aimed at Women’s Aid member refuge groups.
• Marketing and publicity for womensaid, thehideout, Safe and Network News, included the development of a e-marketing strategy to increase circulation and promote publishing presence.
• Management of a team of editorial volunteers and temporary freelance workers/contractors, included recruitment, work planning and supervision.

• Editor of crn web site of Community Recycling Network.

• Jan 2001 – Project managed production of 44-page Friends of the Earth recycling publication Recycling in Action - Leading Case Studies across England and Wales. This title was commissioned by Friends of the Earth and distributed nationally as campaign material.
• Line management of two full time members of staff, three volunteers.
