I have considerable experience at a senior level of programme management, project management and IT service delivery supported by in depth knowledge of Prince 2, Managing Successful Programmes and ITIL.
My most recent role with the NHS CFH National Programme Office was responsible for the delivery of programme controls through 6 PMOs to all CFH programmes, which constitute the largest civilian IT programme. I had direct responsibility for the replacement of contract staff with NHS staff within tight time and quality constraints, both of which were successfully achieved.
Prior to joining the NHS CFH National Programme Office, I was a Consultant Specialist for EDS in the Business Programme Management Practice. My previous experience, with Deloitte, included taking the lead responsibility for knowledge management projects at global and UK levels. I also led combined business and technical teams to deliver large scale organizational transformation, which were prompted by mergers and acquisitions. This included the acquisition of B&W Deloitte, the Anderson transaction, the re-integration of Deloitte Consulting and the move to LLP status.
In this and previous roles I implemented a competency and staff development framework, a client focused Service Desk and Service Level Management and assisted in developing other ITIL and Prince2 derived processes.
I recently resigned from my position with NHS CFH as my interests and aspirations were not compatible with the role or the organisation. I am interested in programme, project management and service delivery roles on either a permanent or contract basis.
