Senior Construction Manager with 25 years experience in the construction industry on major projects. Commenced his career with 8 years trades experience as a steel erector, drywall fixer and plasterer working mainly on private dwellings. Progressed to drylining management with Circle Industries on the London Bridge City project. Subsequently worked in a drywall/joinery management role on many large projects including Broadgate, Chelsea Harbour, Lakeside shopping centre, Glaxo Stevenage, Minster Court, Canary Wharf and Barcelona for the 1992 Olympics. In 1997 joined Canary Wharf Contractors Ltd as a Construction Manager working on diverse and major fitout projects, progressing in 2007 to Senior Construction Manager on a major high rise residential project.

An experienced manager capable of working on both shell & core and fitout works, with an excellent health and safety knowledge and record. Enthusiastic, reliable and conscientious with excellent planning and communication skills. A sound decision maker and problem solver with a very good knowledge of architectural packages, M&E systems and installations. A good knowledge of computers with experience of the BIW drawing data base system used to view drawings, input snagging and sign off document submissions from trade contractors. Achievements: Delivering £73 million/760 luxury apartment residential project across two towers of 40 and 50 floors to time, quality and budget expectations.

As Construction/Package Manager for the drylining/suspended ceilings and joinery contracts on the 42 floor HSBC World Headquarters project, I successfully executed my roll with drive and determination, dealing with general issues resolving problems building wide and delivering systems/floors on programme. Between 1995 and 1996 completed a self build project which is now
my present family home.

featuring 760 luxury apartments in 2 towers rising to 40 and 50 storeys. Oversaw 12
Construction/M&E Managers in the construction of all apartments, Health Suite (20,000
sq.ft.), cinema, restaurants and shops.

• State Street Bank (27.000 sq.ft). Responsible for entire fitout. Facilities management
interface liaison. 1 floor fitout carried out in a 30 storey building.
• FSA (27,000 sq.ft). Responsible for entire fitout including M&E. Facilities management
interface liaison. 1 floor fitout carried out in a 30 storey building.
• Duff & Phelps (25,000 sq.ft). Responsible for entire fitout including M&E. Facilities
management interface liaison. Also responsible for 2 number Cat A fitouts on same floor
for Language Line & I-Flex. 1 floor fitout carried out in a 30 storey building.
• BGC International (90,000 sq.ft). Responsible for entire fitout. Facilities management
interface liaison. 3 floor fitout carried out in a 30 storey building.
• Barclays Global HQ fit-out (650,000 sq.ft.). Package Manager for signage, suspended
ceiling, dry wall partitions and joinery. Floor manager for specialist floors
(meeting/conference floors) and some generic floors. Shell and core interface liaison. 30
story building.
• HSBC World Headquarters (1.1 million sq.ft.). Package Manager for suspended
ceiling, dry wall partitions, joinery and kitchen installation to all deli bars. Construction
Manager for specialist floors (3 transfer floors/deli bars/meeting rooms) and some generic
floors. Shell and core interface liaison. 40 story building.
• Credit Suisse First Boston (275,000 sq.ft.). Package Manager for suspended ceiling,
dry wall partitions, joinery and stone flooring. Floor manager for specialist floors (client
dining/retail areas) and some generic floors. 20 story building.
• FSA (350,000 sq.ft). Package Manager for suspended ceiling, dry wall partitions and
joinery. Floor manager for specialist floors (conference/training rooms) and some generic
floors. 15 story building.
• One Canada Square. Various smaller fitouts including Premier Communications, Level
5. CitiBank, Level 6, Cat A fitouts on four floors (including Level 50), Level 38 for Tony
Blair/Jaques Chirac Anglo-French Summit working in liaison with the Home Office. All 1
floor fitouts carried out in an occupied 50 storey building.
