I am a grass roots technical and service manager, trained as a Network Manager in Solaris, Linux and SAN/NAS environment, being later promoted into the IT Manager position. As Future expanded we needed to bolster the environment to match to its present configuration which includes all the major technology groups including Altiris Desktop Management, NetApp SAN/NAS, VMWare Infrastructure, HP and Fujitsu Blades, Solaris, Linux, Windows, MPLS WAN's, IP Telephony, external web hosting, Oracle RAC and manage 80tb of data with disk backup in a deadline critical environment.

• 2003/4 Manage the roll out and migration of new operating system on the Macintosh (OSX) and the move from Quark XPress to Adobe InDesign, the first publisher in the UK to complete this migration.
