CV (Curriculum Vitae) / Résumé

I am a grass roots technical and service manager, trained as a Network Manager in Solaris, Linux and SAN/NAS environment, being later promoted into the IT Manager position. As Future expanded we needed to bolster the environment to match to its present configuration which includes all the major technology groups including Altiris Desktop Management, NetApp SAN/NAS, VMWare Infrastructure, HP and Fujitsu Blades, Solaris, Linux, Windows, MPLS WAN's, IP Telephony, external web hosting, Oracle RAC and manage 80tb of data with disk backup in a deadline critical environment.

I am a good man manger, having management responsibilities for the last 10 years both inside and outside of work. I have experience formalizing IT provision, restructuring, growing teams as well as the standard interview, discipline, appraisal and coaching processes.

I look forward to an opportunity to work in a technical environment which I find enjoyable and challenging with the emphasis on having to refer to my previous knowledge whilst trying to learn and apply new solutions to the criteria I am working to.
