 RPS is one of the largest environmental consultancies in the UK and is also an international entity.
 Aylesford Newsprint manufacture newsprint by recycling recovered newspaper and magazines and operate 2 large gas fired co-generation steam and electricity generating plants. They also operate a process residue combustor which contributes to our energy production and a landfill site known as Margetts Pit.
The papermaking site is 60 acres and has facilities for raw materials storage, pulping, paper making and automated despatch. There is also water abstraction equipment and treatment plants as well as a railway siding and railway loading facilities.

 Based at ANL’s main 60 acres site in New Hythe, Kent,
 Managing the compliance of 3 IPPC permits for papermaking, 2 CHP plants and Margetts Pit landfill site.
 Developing fully integrated Business Management System for Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety
 Daily responsibilities include stakeholder reporting, legislative analysis and consultancy, EMS and QMS development, energy minimisation, waste minimisation.
 Assessing and preparing Health and Safety Risk Assessments throughout the site and Margetts Pit.
 Enabling Continuous Improvement within the organisation by facilitating the use of 6 sigma tools.
 Performing Fire Safety Risk Assessments and ensuring action for improvements.

Marshall’s, main responsibilities are the development and upkeep of the QMS and EMS, day-to-day responsibilities include Lead Auditor, Legislative Analysis, Customer Liaison and Stakeholder Engagement, EIA; the identification of Environmental Aspects, Waste Minimisation, Energy Minimisation, Life Cycle Assessment, Environmental and Quality auditing.

 Environmental responsibilities included the successful installation of an EMS compliant to ISO 14001, Legislative Analysis, EIA; the identification of Environmental Aspects, Waste Minimisation, Energy Minimisation, Life Cycle Assessment, Lead Environmental Auditor, Environmental Auditor training, EMS and specific training for employees, management and executive board.
Supervising the Quality Function Deployment within the Heavy Parts section of Lichfield, this covers: APQP, PPAP, FMEA and Control Plan development, DACAD SPC programming, problem solving, customer liaison, supplier quality, internal lead auditor training, and negotiation of service and support contracts.
