Currently leading a number of projects (including large Oracle Peoplesoft ERP project) to upgrade and add additional functionality then migrate and rationalise architecture using virtualisation and VMware Linux technologies in Sky's Enterprise Data Centres. Leading a team of business resources and technical consultants to design new processes and architecture (UNIX, Oracle, and Linux), develop and configure the applications and manage the change (both technical and business) and ensure benefits delivery to BskyB.

• Project managing the implementation of a $9m Oracle rollout to Kelly’s Ireland Operations covering e-procurement, payroll, time and attendance, self-service and accounts receivable. Key aspect was managing the change (business change, operational change and change to project scope) inherent in this project and interfaces to Adapt Front Office.
• Project Manager for online Bond Adapt “Web Time” timesheet capture programme, which delivered savings of $750k. This was a 5 man-year £1m project with constantly changing scope and demanding stakeholders.
• Delivered a number of Sales and Marketing Business Process improvements to UK & Ireland business. These initiatives resulted in retail sales increase of 25% per month.
• Turning around an under performing project management and analyst team by introducing a project governance framework, PRINCE 2 controls, mandatory checkpoints / gateways, transparent status and effective issue and risk management.
• Implemented a Project Management Office and SoX Compliance framework.
• Project Managed a variety of infrastructure refresh projects covering 400 UK & European users which brought about savings of $1.8m
