North Manchester based Telecoms equipment group of highly profitable companies with a turnover in excess of £50million per annum consisting of:

Nimans Group are the UK’s Multi Award winning UK’s leading Distributor of Panasonic, Siemens , Avaya, NEC, Polycom, Konftel, Doro, Swyx and many other industry leading brands of Telephone and Conferencing Systems, Industry leading VOIP & Data and Call Centre Equipment to most of the UK’s Top 500 Companies including all of the leading Banks and Financial Institutions.

Reporting to Finance Director & Finance Manager - Current duties include Monthly Management Accounts, Balance sheet reconciliation including Eleven Multi Currency Bank Accounts, Three Multi Currency Petty Cash Accounts, Group Pension Fund, BUPA and Monthly Payroll Management and control for 200 employees, completion of VAT Returns for all four entities, Intrastat, EC Sales, Government Statistics and annual schedules. HMRC Vat, PAYE, Intrastat & EC Sales inspections. Also preparation and control of annual Payroll budget in excess of £8 million plus Sales Commission system design and monthly control for 90 Employees in excess of £1million per annum. Achievements – Along with the Finance Manager we brought a sadly lacking department back into line, with Management Accounts having been two months late each month and the balance sheet was
unreconciled for months. I personally dealt with the entire £8 million Staff Budgets and introduced a new Employee Database System designed and written by myself that produced instantaneous Employee information in any format requested and produced accurate instant budgets in minutes. I also designed and implemented two Sales Commission Schemes during my stay and controlled them for the whole Sales force each month

Achievements – I personally attracted and gained business from a folio of over 230 clients ranging from SME to Multinationals and was only one of Four Sage Dealerships in the UK allowed to have a dual agreement with Sage for online E-Commerce selling and VAR Sales.
