• TaxMatters consists of a number of online modules that explain the UK tax system for the HMRC using language and design that students will relate to and understand.
• Managed the development and delivery of an interactive educational software from brief to completion.
• Analysed requirements and determine solutions within both a maintenance and development environment
• Ran project in a collaborative manner and made the best use of the available resources
• Main responsibilities included:
o Face to face client/account management
o Creating SOW, Client Brief and Technical Specification documents
o Creating and managing internal and external project plans
o Creating storyboards and wireframes for interactive games
