Reporting to the Chief Executive and the Board of Directors, My duties and responsibilities include:

Perform the role of Chief Executive in his absence

Leading the Finance Department of 25

Incharge of day to day running of the company and its group

Produce monthly management accounts for the board meeting which include complete analysis of Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet reviews and reconciliations.

Reconcile control accounts on monthly basis and to maintain the fixed assets register.

Deal with the Insurance Companies viz. BUPA, Standard Life, PPP etc. Ensure that the payments received from the insurance companies are reconcilied and reconcile the shortfalls.

Authorised signatory and to operate the bank accounts for the company and its group.

Deal with all the tax matters of the company and its group.
