My recreational pursuits are incredibly outdoor & adventure focused. I have
been surfing religiously for more than 15 years, & skating/snowboarding for nearly
as long.

I ‘dabbled’ in gymnastics (training 30 hours a week in an elite squad) until part-way through high school, then retired to experiment with a disappointing fad called adolescence. Somewhere along the line I was introduced to rock/ice climbing & mountaineering, which quickly became a major part of my life.
