Project Managed McAfee EPo Server and Agent software to all 450 UK Sites.
Reporting directly to the Systems Manager I planned, tested and implemented the rollout of McAfee Enforcement Orchestrator, planned, created and enforced specific antivirus policies to meet the security needs of the organisation.
Project Managed Migration of Accounts P11D Software to Central Server.
Reported Directly to Systems Manager and Divisional Accountants I planned and implemented Central P11D Server which included merging SQL databases into the Central Server, creating Active Directory OU’s and Group Policies saving over £3000 per year in licensing fees.
Had Sole Responsibility for UK and European Legacy Systems.
Between 2005 and 2009 I was given sole responsibility for looking after the Legacy Systems. This started at 50 sites in Europe and 100 UK sites until the final European Systems were decommissioned in January 2009. This role also included the purchasing of all stock its relevant asset tracking and invoicing.
Assisted in Migration of Legacy Systems to two UK Data Centres.
Assisted Small Systems team in migrating all UK sites to operate from two UK Data Centers which included populating the Data Centre, creating domain structure, Active Directory and installing new hardware in all UK sites.
Assisted in MPLS Rollout
Reported to Project Manager I was part of a small team configuring Cisco Routers for all UK sites.
Accounts Servers implementation, migration and upgrade program.
I planned and implemented a series of Accounts Server Upgrades at the Accounts Offices. This process involved migrating from Windows Server 2000 to Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Office XP upgraded to Microsoft Office 2003.
Project Managed roll out of year 2000 fix for 100 remote sites within a two month period
I Project Managed the rollout of Year 2000 fix for the Novell 3.12 Server sites in the UK approximately 100 remote sites This included testing various options with our bespoke systems, sourcing planning and implementing the project within a two month time period.
