CURRICULUM VITAE
• More than 25 years in quantity surveying and contract administration.
• Experience in all aspects of pre and post contract quantity surveying including feasibility, cost planning, preparation of tender documents and tender reports. Undertaking value engineering and value management. Preparing contract documents. Cost control and reporting to the Client. Interim valuations, measurement and preparation of variation accounts and preparation and agreement of Final Accounts.
• Settlement of contract claims
• Management of projects as Employers Agent and Contract Administrator.
• During this period, I have worked on a wide variety of schemes comprising minor refurbishment projects through to multi –million pound, commercial, retail, residential, health, educational and leisure developments and encompassing most procurement methods including traditional, Design and Build, Management and Partnering.
• Clients cover a broad range from private individuals , Local Authority, Housing Associations, Government agencies, public and PLC companies and private Developers
