The contract involved implementing a contact centre to support 47,000 staff spread over 2,000 properties using systems accessed by client and service provider staff.

• Accountable for personally delivering specific IS work streams and projects.

Achievements
• Delivered a regular programme reporting pack to the Programme Board ensuring that all projects remained on schedule and budget.
• This work was supported by the formal APMG accreditation as a Practitioner for Managing Successful Programmes.
