- Review of manufacturing, supply chain operations- £2.5M saving, improved order processing and Operations, rationalised £21M of inventory

£70 M t/o Value Added Reseller of IT equipment, PE backed, UK base with operations in France and Belgium. Achievements included:
• Negotiated and implemented a financing (Factoring) deal of Euros 12M
• Integrated new business, re-structured the Group
• M & A including due diligence, negotiations and financing
• Developed group cash flow and management reporting model
• Managed finance operations throughout the Group
• Prepared and delivered briefings to stakeholders and banks

2005 Essentis Ltd (CFO)

£9 M t/o PE Backed, UK company with over 100 employees, developing credit card processing software and associated consulting. Achievements included:
• Due diligence on company purchase from large Multi national
• Developed all financial and management reporting procedures and systems.
• Re negotiated Supplier Agreements with £2 M in savings over 3 year period
• Liaised with investors and prepared Business Plan and briefs
• Product strategy, identified sales and product pricing and Service models
• Negotiated a £3M “Offshoring” software programming contract in India
• Worked with professional service providers and managed HR issues.

2004-2005 3C Plc Telecoms Holding Company (Regional FD)

£15 M t/o UK Group, with operations in Russia, Central Europe, USA. Achievements included:
• Prepared financial and due diligence documents for UK AIM market listing
• Assisted CEO / COO in business planning & strategy, and M&A opportunities
• Review of people, processes and technology within the group finance teams, resulting in changes to London, Moscow, and Budapest
• Implemented a Group wide IFRS financial and management reported system
• Managed group wide audit process, and implemented group budgets
• Introduced working capital and cash flow processes
• Re implemented MIS system (NAVISION)

2003-2004 World Bank funded project -Serbia – (Management Consultant)
Implementation of an integrated computerised accounting system (ICAS). Instigate IAS accounting principles and management reporting at Serbian State Electricity Utility (EPS) with 58,000 employees and 2,100 Accountants.

A US, VC backed company, developing and marketing security software, (VPN, Firewall, and encryption software). Operations in Russia, UK, Ireland & USA.
